The annual National Championships are New Zealand's most prestigious Taekwon-Do competition event. As well as individual events (patterns, sparring, power breaking and special technique) there are also team events (pre-arranged sparring, team patterns) and an overall regional winner. While at regional tournaments competitors represent their club, at the National Championships competitors come from clubs from all over New Zealand and represent their region.
If you are interested in competing for Auckland North at the National Championships this year:
Officials (e.g. ring marshals, judges, timekeepers etc.) are also needed. Please register as an official here.
